Decent continuation of the first game. Glad to see both returning and new characters, and I'm a fan of Ingrid. Yes there is! But right now I'm planning a new game with Maddie (similar to Maddie Goes Shopping), then maybe a game with Sophie. But after that, yeah, either one with Ellie or Ingrid.
I've mentioned this before, probably in the in-game feedback thingy, but Day 25 just shows how much this game needs a way to speed up the text. So like clicking would just show the whole page at once instead of having to wait so long. I'd love to play through again to see the convo with Ellie, but it just takes so long. Idk how hard it is to implement something of this sort, but to me, it's the only thing missing.
Please please please make some sort of gallery where we can see all the scenes we potentially lost due to dialog or the scenes we want to visit again. Also I think it's kind of unfair to not let the player know when they made a branching choice, especially when some of the chapters are long and there is no save and loading within them. Otherwise amazing game. Can't wait for the update
Haha a lot of feedback I get is people asking for less work, & more chatting with the characters. But also people ask me (just like you) for MORE work & less chatting with the characters. I think I have to keep it balanced!
I think the current balance between conversation and work is nice and I really like the conversations. However I think an endless mode could also be fun and could be a way to play while waiting for the next update.
The only bad thing now is that it's probably a month+ until the next update.
I have a question, though. During the "Don't get distracted" part in Day 25, will this have branching romances later on? Like, does Ingrid stop sending any pics in the next episodes if I go with Ellie?
In Day 25, you're essentially choosing who you get photos from, Ingrid or Ellie. Your decision in this day won't affect future days, because I think that's probably unfair, and a bit confusing because I expect a few people will play through this day several times to get the different outcomes.
You can see Ingrid's photos by choosing to tell Ellie that you need to get back to work. This pleases Ingrid & she shows you some photos. All the photos are uploaded to my Patreon if you miss any.
Makes sense but wondering if there for example I can see on the chapter select screen what chapters have 2 paths I haven't done and the pictures / story path I've missed.

Join Sophie, Ingrid or the other girls together with the protagonist?. Or also place things like they can show more closeness with the main character, like going out together, marking depending on our interactions with meeting, interacting more with him and that kind of thing? Any plans to add a gallery mode to images you've unlocked/seen? I simply haven't played this in months and I no longer support the Patreon because of how ridiculous it is to keep track of favorite images & when they happen, & having to go through all of that dialog again just to see it again.
I also think it'd be more enticing to see explicit images more often. I truly believe you've hti the nail on the head with the artwork you have to 'moderate' but I can tell that it's detracting from the story experience. It's clear people love the main characters, I'm generally just surprised you haven't taken much advantage of that outside of other mini-games and reskins.

I enjoy this game, but something I've been uncertain of is just how severely branching the paths are. Sometimes when I'm given a dialog option, the response I get is ambiguous enough, I can kinda assume that either choice I made would have led there. And I expect that saying "no" or something rude in most cases ends the encounter.
But with less obvious options, it's hard to sense just how much the game is actually responding to my choices. That gets a little frustrating or confusing when, like, I can't tell if being a little snarky or flirty with Ingrid will actually work, or if it's damaging my relationship with her and making it even less likely we'll hit it off.
I think what I'm running into is a lack of meaningful feedback. I don't know when my choices matter, since many of them don't seem to, and it's not clear when the game is actually responding to the choices I've made versus when it's railroading me. As a result, playing the game, while fun, can also be unpleasantly surprising or even frustrating.
I'm enjoying it, still, and I hope I haven't inadvertently locked myself out of Ingrid content. I'll discover as I play more. But I think the game would benefit with tighter feedback, so I didn't quite have to cross my fingers and hope for matters like that.
Hi thanks for the feedback! I don't want to give away too much mystery, but I will say that any rude/dismissive option that you choose won't usually last very long. You might get an upset or angry message back, or miss out on some photos, but there's not many decisions that will be carried across to the next chapter. This allows everyone to pretty much experience all of the content, or it'd be really boring if the wrong decision in Chapter 1 meant that you miss out on ALL future photos! So that's why being rude doesn't have much of a lasting effect.
Also, if you think you've missed out on something, you can restart the chapter and play again. Everything will be reset at the start of the chapter.
In the future I'm going to add more choices, more story paths, and decisions with more lasting consequences. But it's a balance because it'll take longer for me to create, test and write all those outcomes.
